My dreams. My hopes. My future. My present. It's all worth the work I put in and the sacrifices I (and my Mom) make to see my life goals manifest.
It's been 1 whole year since I last posted recognizing Kobe's 42nd Birthday, and now here we are . . . at the start of so many new and exciting things.
As a family we now call Arizona home. We needed to make the move so I could have access to elite track training and competition AND receive the academic support that will help me to fulfill a dream career in Science.
After 20 MONTHS I was able to resume USATF track and field competition; finishing my Spring/Summer 2021 Outdoor season as the Arizona State Silver Medalist in Long Jump and Bronze Medalist in 200M.
It's a good start but my eyes are on the upcoming Indoor season AND what 4 years will look like for me when the 2024 Olympics in Paris rolls around. #EyesOnThePrize
